Experience
For over fifteen years, I’ve worked with high scale technology companies building high performing teams, providing mentoring in Agile practices and developing people in leadership positions.
I have strong experience in the full lifecycle of software product development starting from initial commercial feasibility, moving on to finding market fit and building to global scale.
My time in the industry gives me a deep understanding of a wide range of techniques that help drive quality in a delivery focused environment, in how to to manage the tensions of business as usual against enterprise defining projects, and in ways to navigate the complex uncertainties of large modern-day businesses.
Coaching
I provide one-to-one coaching via personal or organisational engagements. I work with leaders in all industries, with a particular focus in fast moving digital or technical environments.
My strengths are in helping people understand the difficult boundaries of technology and commercial interaction and in developing their leadership potential with emotional maturity.
I’m especially excited to coach people who are starting out or growing their business, senior corporate leaders and those who are going through a leadership transition.

Qualifications
I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and I subscribe to EMCC’s Code of Ethics (see https://emccuk.org/).
I have achieved the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. My technical qualifications include: TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer and Prince2 project management.
I hold an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
